Taking advantage of amazing ocean views while allowing for privacy and protection from the wind on this project resulted in a large sliding screen wall panel that allows for light and privacy when closed and breathtaking views and interaction when open. Terraced seating and a fire pit create a cozy modern courtyard. Broad concrete beam steps lead to the street.
